The agents on the following list will treat a buyer or seller exceptionally well. In each case, we expect them to provide excellent service and look out for the best interests of you, the buyer or seller. Some of the reasons we recommend these agents include:

  • We look for agents who have a demonstrated knowledge of the business so they anticipate problems and resolve them early. We avoid agents who are routinely “too busy” or otherwise create drama in transactions. The agents we recommend do their job so well that it seems like they have done very little. Our observation is that a really good agent makes every transaction look easy. Don’t be fooled. When it looks easy, it is a sign of an agent doing a very good job. It is a short list compared to the hundreds of agents we have met since 1996.
  • We look for agents who steer buyers to homes that are a good value, not the one that pays the highest commission.
  • We look for agents who will recommend realistic selling prices and will market the property to maximize value for the seller while selling the property quickly.
